As a member of MBIA’s Senior Management Team, Anthony was responsible for managing all shareholder and debtholder relationships, financial reporting, and leading MBIA’s strategic and financial initiatives, where he effectively navigated complex regulatory environments, delivered value back to shareholders through innovative solutions, and led the restructuring of over $120 billion in RMBS and synthetic CDO transactions.
Prior to his time as Chief Financial Officer, he held roles of increasing responsibility at MBIA, including Chief Portfolio Officer from 2010 to 2015, Chief Portfolio Officer of Structured Finance from 2007 to 2009, and Head of Corporate Insured Portfolio Management from 2007 to 2009. He began his career at Fleet Financial Group.

During her career, Ms. Schnaidt has served as a trusted advisor to asset management and financial services businesses in diverse stages of business transformation, most recently at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from 2021-2023, where she advised clients on fund formation, operations, and regulatory issues, as well as upper tier, management, and dispute resolution issues.
Prior to working at Paul, Weiss, Ms. Schnaidt spent many years serving as senior in-house counsel to multi-billion dollar private fund managers, most recently as General Counsel at Blue Torch Capital, a fund manager with over $7 billion in assets. Ms. Schnaidt has served prior stints as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at other New York private funds including Marble Arch Investments and Monticello Asset Management. In addition to her corporate and transactional experience, Ms. Schnaidt has extensive experience navigating complex regulatory environments, building compliance programs, and interfacing with regulators.
Ms. Schnaidt started her legal career as an attorney in the corporate group at law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Schnaidt’s earlier career includes roles at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and at hedge funds TPG-Axon and Ospraie Management.

With a strong background in originating and structuring complex financial transactions, she is a trusted advisor to numerous business leaders. Ms. LaPuma currently chairs the Audit Committee and is on the Compensation and Governance Committees at The We Company (WeWork). Additionally, Ms. LaPuma is a board member for other businesses within the fintech, artificial intelligence, healthcare, consumer, and real estate sectors.
Prior to these roles, from January 2020 to August 2023, Ms. LaPuma was a Managing Director and Head of Balance Sheet Advisory at UBS. Prior to UBS, from July 2013 to January 2020, she was a Managing Director and head of Asset Management Services at Alvarez & Marsal, advising governments and financial institutions on diverse assets. Ms. LaPuma’s earlier career includes roles at BlackRock, Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, Credit Suisse and Perella Weinberg Partners L.P.
Ms. LaPuma received her Master of Business Administration in Finance as a Palmer Scholar, Bachelor of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School and The School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.

As an early bitcoin adopter, he started a mining company that successfully solo mined over 200 blocks. For more than eight years, Mr. DiFiore has been a member of the Advisory Council for the Somerset Patriots, the Yankees AA affiliate team.
Additionally, he leads a business consulting firm focused on operational and management strategies and serves as the President of a reinsurance business, managing both claims and investment decisions for the asset pool.

With a keen interest in cryptocurrency, Scott has mined bitcoin, participated in Ethereum’s growth, and developed a successful e-commerce partnership grossing over $250,000 annually.
He has contributed to organizations like the Association of Governmental Accountants, American Society of Military Comptrollers, Ohio State Bar Association, and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.
Scott currently co-chairs the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors at Celsius Network, contributing to negotiations, mining strategy, and fostering cooperation among stakeholders.
He was previously an accountant at Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in Columbus, where he managed complex operations, including ERP system deployments and financial system integration.

Mr. Flanders has a distinguished career, having served as the CEO of several prominent companies, including eHealth, Inc., Playboy Enterprises, Freedom Communications, and Columbia House.
As the CEO of eHealth, Inc., a position he has held since May 2016, Mr. Flanders developed and executed a strategic growth plan that significantly expanded the company’s market share in the Medicare Advantage and small business insurance markets.
His leadership was also pivotal in transforming Playboy Enterprises into a brand management company, significantly enhancing shareholder value prior to the company’s transition to private ownership.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Flanders was the President of Macmillan Publishers from 1986 to 1998, where he played a key role in establishing the company as the world’s largest computer book publisher, driving revenues from $5 million to $500 million.
He also co-founded Telstreet, an e-commerce company that merged with Buy.com in 2000. Mr. Flanders is both an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado and a Juris Doctor from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University.
